Saudi Industrial Inspection Services Co “QI” promotes quality, safety, efficiency, protecting environment, sustainability and innovation through all Inspection, assessment, certification, testing and technical services enabled by highly skilled people and state of the art assets.

QI developed Integrated Management System policy following the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 as a framework of QI objectives and assures its responsibility, competency, professionalism, and commitment towards:

  • Meeting client requirements accordingly besides aligning with IMS standards, sustain client satisfaction and complying with all applicable technical standards, legal, regulatory and interested parties’ requirements.
  • Promoting and maintaining the culture of occupational health & safety, safe working environment and protecting environment.
  • Involvement of people while plan or execute QI processes and provide all resources via consideration of the associated quality, OH&S, business risk, aspect impact analysis and assure availability of all adequate resources to implement management system requirements
  • Eliminating and preventing accidents, incidents, illness besides minimizing environmental impacts and protecting environment concerning QI activities.
  • Provide awareness and training for occupational quality, occupational health & safety and environment management systems to QI team members.
  • Providing proper communication, awareness and assure IMS policy to all employees, contractors, and assure its availability to relevant interested parties.
  • Upholding elevated levels of quality, health, and safety for all employees, customers, and contractors, as well as safeguarding the environment in the communities where we reside and operate.
  • Eliminating and handling client complaints and appeals to sustain client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring, Periodic review QI objectives, system effectiveness and continually improve QI Management Systems.
  • Providing QI customers with top-notch service, remaining at the forefront of technological advancements, and presenting creative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
